INTERIOR DESIGN - IDS
Planning
In order to define the objectives and direction of the project as well as the criteria function of all spaces, we understand that there is a need for an overall internal view of the project; from trend planning to a developer's perspective and, most importantly, the needs and desires of the clients.
Conceptual Design
It covers all phases from philosophy, design intent, as well as customization to express the overall theme of the interior design. This phase allows our client to see, feel and understand the project we seek to create with them.
Schematic Design
The objective is to describe the project three-dimensionally. We produce the necessary drawings, floor plans, elevations and illustrative renderings that integrate all areas to create an architectural visualization of the concept.
Design Development
During the Design Development service, we prepare an Interior Design package with sufficient detail to describe the furniture, fixtures and decorative specialties, as well as the fixed decoration for all areas of the project.
Documentation
The project construction documents reflect the final interior architectural design information considering all disciplines related to the exposed design.
Specification Book
It consists of the coded index of all the elements with the necessary information to complete the construction documents according to the specialties and craftsmanship of the work, accurately describing the materials, special treatments and dimensions, which identify each design element.
Turnkey
We assist the client during the process of securing the acquisition and installation of the fixed decoration, reviewing the special finishes and the final placement of the furniture for all areas of the project.
